At OpenChakraEnergy, we’re committed to you. We’re able to offer you amazing discounts because we don’t house inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns except in very limited circumstances. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There is a $6 restocking fee applied to all orders, for each item, as well as a limited amount of time you can return it (30 Days). 

  • If you bought your item while it was on promotion, then it is NON- REFUNDABLE! 
  • All the Custom made Apparel are final and NON-RETURNABLE!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us for more detail shipping info.

Refunds (if applicable)

We can only offer refunds in cases where we are at fault such as:
1. The item is lost in the mail and does not arrive in the time frame outlined
2. The item is broken on arrival (please provide photographs via email)

We do not provide refunds for "change of mind", incorrect addresses or wrong sizing due to misreading or misunderstanding of information provided.

We do not offer refunds for 'free' promotional items as shipping and insurance will have already been paid for.

For all retail products, our policy past 30 days period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
